Turn a defined set of search questions, captured answers and page evidence into a decision packet with an evidence register and prioritized corrections. The report separates a brand being named, an owned page being linked, and an owned page being cited as a source. Unavailable answers remain unknown.

Start with START-HERE.md, then SOURCE-CAPTURE.md. The example is a fictional demonstration, not a client result. Files run locally with Python 3.10 or later. Markdown/CSV/JSON files can be opened in ordinary editors. Using an AI assistant is optional; the offline example does not need an account or paid key.

Fit and boundaries

For a marketing operator who can gather authorized evidence and make a decision about one business website. You own the data collection, judgment and implementation approval. This release does not automate live engine queries, full-site crawling, Search Console access or publishing. Optional selected-page capture is explicitly authorized, capped and billed by the buyer's provider. It does not certify rankings, guarantee AI citations or infer a universal authority score. Optional research tools and model accounts are supplied and paid for by the buyer.

The purchased release is retained without annual access fees. The separately sold AEO Analyst Loop, if available, is a delivered service. Support, refund and license terms are those displayed in the accepted order agreement; this package does not invent a lifetime service obligation. Installation help starts with the documented example and exact error message, with sensitive data removed.

A finished audit contains

1. The business question and decision owner.
2. A defined sample plan with engine, exact prompt, locale and session context.
3. Dated captures and distinct mention/link classifications.
4. Explicit untested and unavailable coverage.
5. Prioritized actions traceable to observations or page evidence, each with an owner and acceptance check.
6. A review note separating confirmed observations from hypotheses.

The validator checks structure, file presence and consistent states. Strict answer import additionally matches captured owned links and attribution excerpts, then binds the result to an integrity receipt. It does not understand whether a screenshot truly supports a claim. Review the evidence before forwarding the report.

Safety and provenance

The report builder and answer importer are offline. Only the separately invoked page-capture command makes network calls, after explicit network/cost consent. No program reads environment variables or credential files, installs dependencies, publishes content or sends messages. Inputs stay in the folders you choose. Do not include credentials, personal session links, client secrets or unnecessary personal data in report inputs. The basic credential-pattern check is a precaution, not a complete secret detector.

This release was written independently from the supplied outcome brief and public primary documentation. No old course-derived suite files were copied. Read PROVENANCE.md and references/primary-sources.md.
