Ask two questions.
In fresh chats, ask “What do people think about [BRAND]?” and “What are the best [CATEGORY] options in [CITY_OR_MARKET]?” Save the answer, date, service, and sources.

Choose one finding.
Check whether the answer mentioned, recommended, or cited the brand. Pick one factual problem to investigate and record it in the action queue.
