What I am promising, and what I am not.

File products in the shop are digital downloads: a zip of files you install and run yourself. A file purchase does not include consulting, setup calls, or working sessions. There is no course, seat or account to maintain.

Each package states inside it what it needs to run and what it does without each optional piece. Nothing fails silently.

Delivered services are listed separately with their proposed scope. Their price, start date, delivery requirements and service terms must be confirmed in writing before an engagement begins. These file-purchase terms do not create a service subscription or consulting agreement.

After card payment, the confirmation page shows a private download link valid for seven days. Save the zip before you close that page. A copy may also be sent to the address used at checkout. If you cannot reach the link, write to jake@jakebauman.io and I will help you get the file.

Free kits show their download links after you enter your email address. A copy may also arrive by email. Save the zip before the seven-day link expires.

Your link is personal to your purchase. Treat it the way you would treat the file itself.

One licence covers one buyer and one business. The licence inside each zip includes updates for the life of the product. There is no account or automatic update feed. Email jake@jakebauman.io with your purchase details to request the current version when one exists.

Every paid file product has one charge and no automatic renewal, including the AI Search and SEO Growth Suite. Operated services have their own separately agreed billing terms.

Use any file product on this shelf for sixty days. If you do not like it, email me and I will refund you in full. There is no form, no approval step, and no condition you have to satisfy first.

I will ask you for fifteen minutes on a call to tell me what went wrong, because that is how the next version gets better and how I learn to help other marketers. That is a request and not a condition. Say no, or ignore the question entirely, and the refund is processed exactly the same way.

Refunds return to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes five to ten working days to show it, which is their timeline rather than mine.

This is in addition to whatever rights you have under your own consumer law, which nothing on this page limits.

Requesting a file or placing an order can generate a delivery email. The weekly brief and marketing notes require a separate opt-in. Buying a file does not subscribe you to marketing.

No result is guaranteed for your business. These are tools, and what they produce depends on the work you point them at and the judgment you apply to what comes back.

No support hours, response times, or sessions are included at any price on this shelf. I answer email because I want to, not because you bought an entitlement to it.

Where a package can use an optional third-party service, that service is billed by that vendor, never by me, and never added automatically.
